Hotel Royal Vienna, Vienna

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern with great amenities, but the view was not ideal, overlooking a small and dark courtyard. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff showed both friendly and aggressive behavior, making my stay less than perfect. The location was centrally convenient with easy access to attractions, though there were some issues with facilities like soap dispensers and hair dryers.

The hotel's location is perfect, right out of the metro and close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
